In March 2009, Virginia Houck attended a Geobiology Stress Reduction and Application of the Light-LifeTools Workshop in Colorado. After the workshop, she realized that clearing the air and environment with the assistance of the Light-Life Harmonizers had become a personal mission in her life. She became a Light-Life Tools Distributor, and bought 15 Environmental Harmonizers over a four-month period and started the Environmental Clearing Project in her city, Colonie, NY. Colonie is a city in Albany County, New York. It is Albany’s largest suburb.

The 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill is recognized as the worst oil spill in U.S. history. Within days of the April 20, 2010 explosion and sinking of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico that killed 11 people, remote underwater cameras revealed the BP pipe was leaking oil and gas onto the ocean floor about 42 miles off the coast of Louisiana. By the time the well was capped on July 15, 2010 (87 days later), an estimated 4.9 million barrels of oil had leaked into the Gulf. Immediately after the explosion, workers from BP and Transocean (owner of the Deepwater Horizon rig), and many government agencies tried to control the spread of the oil to beaches and other coastal ecosystems using floating booms to contain surface oil and chemical oil dispersants to break it down underwater Additionally, numerous scientists and researchers descended on the Gulf region to gather data. Researchers are still trying to understand the spill and its impact on marine life, the Gulf coast, and human communities. As of 2013, three years after the spill, the Gulf is still not oil free. At IX-EL International GmbH, we are very concerned about the disastrous long-term effects of the Gulf oil spill, specifically on the coastal areas of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi. We partnered with our clients and distributors to combine our available resources to minimize the devastation that this disaster has brought. We truly believe that when we join forces, we will make a difference.
To that end, we started “The Slim Spurling Project: Preservation and Restoration in the Gulf of Mexico” with the support of our clients as well as Dr. Ginger Bowler, Ph.D, Th.D, who is a native of Louisiana and currently lives in Colorado. She is the President of Energy Events Global which hosts educational programs in the field of Energy Medicine.
Pendulum dowsing was used to choose which Light-Life Tools would be part of the project, and to locate strategic areas for Harmonizer placement. The project goals were to not only minimize the effects of the Gulf spill, but also to divert future hurricanes. Bowler was able to identify people in the afflicted areas and in late June 2010, Light-Life Tools (valued at $40,000+) were sent to these stewards, including our Matrix 22 Light-Life Harmonizer in the Louisiana cities: Baton Rouge, LaPlace, Grand Isle, Houma, Cut Off, Cypremort Point, and in the Texas city of Corpus Christi.
We also sent a Light-Life Harmonizer specifically to Destin, FL to help divert hurricanes so they would not hit that area.
Hurricanes were observed moving back out into the ocean before they even come close to the rig again. Mainstream media reported that improvements in the Gulf were caused solely by oil-eating microbes; however, we did receive confirmed reports from gifted clairvoyants that our Light-Life Tools have helped bring the oil back to its molecular level – this may have been why the microbes were able to eat the oil. It appears that Light-Life Tools had a significant part in reducing the amount of oil in the Gulf. The Light-Life Tools: Healing Bees & Beings
Valerie Solheim, PhD in Boulder, CO is conducting a research study titled, “Healing Bees & Beings” which includes the Light-Life Tools.
She writes: “…our contribution is to the restoration of the beehive effect that will invigorate the whole hive colony and its environment. We support the beehive colonies with Energy Transfer Tools (ETTs) that create an electromagnetic (EM) frequency field that couples with the hive’s EM field, enabling them to return to their natural state of optimum potential which will simultaneously support us and our environment.”

Hurricane Irene was a major, intense hurricane that caused widespread destruction along the U.S. east coast in late 2011. We received the following Testimonials from customers who utilized the Light-Life Harmonizers to divert the effects of the storm. They write:

I was a bit frustrated that no one there had a Harmonizer. It occurred to me that I could try something: I put the Harmonizer with the Environmental Clearing CD on a map of the east coast. Pretty soon after, Hurricane Irene was downgraded to a category 1.”
Recently we used the nice days to do more research with our Mini Personal Hamonizers as well as our latest product, the Mini Pyramid Pendant.
For our research, we had four test persons; and with dowsing rods we determined each of their energy fields. We then did comparisons when not wearing any Light-Life Tools, after we sent them negative energy, and after we sent them positive energy.
After continuously wearing their Light-Life Pendants the subjects were tested again eight days later.
It was very interesting to see that the Mini Pyramid Pendant was not only protecting from negative energy but increasing the energy field of the person wearing it. My explanation for that is that the Mini Pyramid Pendant seems to strengthen us from the inside out so the field immediately is stronger and everything that is added to the field, even negative thoughts coming our way, is strengthening our field.
